My Team was discussing what type of documents should be provided with the IMP for an EAP supply. I guess a comprehensive pharmacy manual would not be necessary. However, what information should be covered at a minimum? There was also a question about accountability. Who is responsible for accountability, for example, for a Named Patient Use supply?
