Lack of Supportive Documentation for Global Trade Compliance

Do you encounter situations where you don’t receive supportive documentation when buying commercial products from a wholesaler (no CoC, CoA, etc.)? If so, can you comply with Global Trade regulations using only the SmPC or Package Insert? Any tips or suggestions for handling or documenting such situations?
