Payment Methods
Payment via credit card / e-transfer is expected at time of registration. Bank transfers will incur an additional fee of $100. Other payment methods require prior approval and may incur a fee.
Covid-19 Policy:
GCSG will be following Centers for Disease Control & Prevention (CDC) Covid-19 related guidelines in place at the time of the conference. Based on our interpretation of current guidelines, we strongly encourage all registrants to be fully vaccinated prior to arrival. We will be asking all non-vaccinated registrants to be prepared to show a negative Covid-19 test taken no more than 72 hours prior to arrival at the conference. We will be doing our best to have our workshop and plenary rooms as well as indoor activities set up in such a way as to allow for appropriate social distancing.
Cancellation & Substitution Policy:
1. Cancellations & substitutions should be requested via the registration system.
2. Substitutions can be requested via the registration system at any time up until the start of the conference (May 01, 2022). If the person substituting in to attend the conference does not have an active GCSG membership, they will be required to purchase an annual membership for $249.
3. Registrants requesting a cancellation via the system more than 6 weeks prior to the start of the first day of the conference (prior to March 20, 2022) will receive a full refund of all registration fees paid less a $250 administrative fee.
4. Cancellation requests received within 6 weeks of the first day of the conference (March 20, 2022 and later) will not receive any refund.
Privacy Policy:
We take the privacy and protection of data and information seriously and are committed to the confidential management of the personal information we collect from our members and conference registrants. The information we collect includes, but is not limited to, contact details and limited personal data included in your member profile. We use this information to send you newsletters and other e-mails to keep you up to date with GCSG news, events, products and services that may be of interest to you.
