Viviane Arantes

Viviane Arantes has nearly 5 years’ experience at Pfizer within their Global Clinical Supply Chain supporting various
aspects of the clinical supply chain in Latin America and globally. Viviane’s responsibilities have included drug
supply forecast and inventory management, regulatory affairs, labeling, process improvement, documentation,
Expanded Access (Compassionate and Post-Trial Access), external vendor management and distribution & logistics.
Today Viviane is a Senior Manager in Digital Business Operations group responsible for deploying Latin America
regional strategic plan to deliver the Pfizer Research & Development clinical portfolio in alignment with Pfizer’s
corporate plans, to enable Global Clinical Supply team to meet the patients’ needs in the region. She has worked
from Brazil supporting Latin America countries and US/UK colleagues, and has considerable experience in
optimizing regional clinical supply chain distribution lanes. Viviane has a Master of Business Administration in
Business Management and Strategy and she is bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy from the University Mackenzie.
Viviane is an active member of the Global Clinical Supplies Group 2019 and will be facilitating the workshop
“Planning Returns & Reconciliation in a Global Trial Following Regulations in Latin America”.
