Return rate for reusable shippers within the EU and non-EU

Hi Everyone,

We’re looking to implement a reusable shipper strategy out of a distribution center in the EU.

1 – what’s your return rate from EU sites back to EU refurb center or EU depot?

2 – what’s your return rate from non-EU sites back to refurb center or EU depot? (ie, getting shippers back from Australia to the EU)

3 – for shipments outside the EU, do you instead use a single use container and only reusable within the EU?
