Compassionate Use for patient in Lebanon

Hey folks;
A Sponsor has manufactured clinical supplies under GMP here in the US. They will not be submitting their IND for another week or two. They have a request for a compassionate use in Lebanon. I am not familiar with Lebanese import requirements for unlicensed/clinical IP. DP is a naked vial and can be labeled as needed. I’m assuming only an English label would be required.
Any assistance on IP to Lebanon would be appreciated.
