Title 19, Code of Federal Regulations (CFR), Part 134 — Country of Origin Marking

19 CFR § 134.11 — “Every article of foreign origin (or its container) imported into the United States shall be marked in a conspicuous place… to indicate to an ultimate purchaser in the U.S. the English name of the country of origin.”

19 CFR § 134.22(c) — “When the container is intended to reach the ultimate purchaser, it shall be marked to indicate the country of origin.”
