GCSG 2024 European Knowledge Forum: FAQs

Invites for BD/Sales representatives are sent out after we receive payment for your exhibit space/sponsorship. If you have not yet paid, please submit payment as soon as possible. If you have paid and haven’t received the invite, please check your junk mail and spam filters. If you still can’t find an invite, please reach out to TechSupport@mygcsg.com.

BD/Sales representatives can ONLY be registered if your company has purchased a tabletop exhibit and/or sponsorship. Purchasing an exhibit or a sponsorship at Gold level and above entitles you to register (and pay for) TWO BD/Sales representatives. Purchasing a sponsorship at Silver level and below entitles you to register (and pay for) ONE BD/Sales representative. If you purchase two Silver level (or below) sponsorships, you can register (and pay for) TWO BD/Sales representatives.

In all instances, the maximum number of BD/Sales representatives allowed from a single company is TWO although this does not count anyone who is registered as GCSG Committee, GCSG Volunteer or Speaker/Facilitator.

GCSG does not place any limitations on the number of people you can register using the Vendor Ops registrant type. Please note that anyone registered as Vendor Ops MUST actually have a role in the operations side of the business. GCSG does verify registrants via LinkedIn.

Another option is to spend at least $16,000 on a tabletop exhibit and/or sponsorships. If you meet this level of spend, you are allowed to register (and pay for) an extra VP-level (or above), non-sales representative.
