Shuttle Information

 

John Wayne Airport (SNA):Complimentary from/ to Airport.  The Shuttle runs every 30 minutes (on the 00:15 and 00:45 of every hour).

 

Los Angeles International Airport (LAX): SuperShuttle has a 10% discount and Hyatt Regency Irvine will pickup 50% of your SuperShuttle cost.  Note that to take advantage of this discount you need to follow instructions as provided here.

 

  1. You need to make roundtrip reservation by following the instructions provided in this link:  Special Super Shuttle Link
  2. Pay Super Shuttle for the services in full.
  3. Bring a copy of the receipt showing payment and submit to Hyatt Regency Irvine hotel Front Office at Check-in. (They will keep the copy of the receipt)
  4. The Hotel will verify that you are on the Special list, collect the receipt, and credit 50% of the charges directly to your hotel room folio.  Therefore you will receive credit right away at check-in.
  5. The 50% hotel reimbursement will be honored for those attendees meeting these criteria:
    1. Super Shuttle reservation must be made through the special link provided.
    2. Services are only honored for arrival/ departure from LAX Airport.
    3. Services must be paid in full.
    4. Receipt must be submitted to Front Desk and individual verified on the special report.
