2016 EU Registration Fees

2016 European Conference – The Westin Dragonara Resort, Malta

Conference registration fee includes:

  • Attendance at all presentations & workshops (Tuesday through Thursday)
  • All meals during the day (breakfast, lunch, and snacks)
  • GCSG-sponsored evening entertainment events
  • Meet & Greet / Networking events
  • Vendor reception

GCSG European Conference registration fees and dates:

Delegate Registration:

  • $1,350 for early-bird registration through  July 31st
  • $1,650 starting August  1st , 2016
  • $550 – Boot Camp – limited spots available (includes breakfast and lunch)

Table Top Exhibitors

  • $5,400 includes a table top exhibit and 1 delegate (Sorry… No early bird available)

Additional Fees: Bank transfers will incur a fee of $40

Special Pricing Option:

  • Group Rate: 4 attendees for the price of 3
    • NOTE: 4 for 3 discount applies throughout for Pharma/Biotech registrants only.
    • Group Rate is NOT available for Vendor/CRO personnel, Business Development OR
      Sales Associates.

Registration Opens 9th May 2016 for the following delegate types:

  • Tabletop/Exhibitor Registration (by invitation only)

Registration Opens 18th May 2016 for the following delegate types:

  • Committee Members
  • Speakers/Facilitators
  • Pharma/Biotech company registrants
  • Vendor operations

Registration Opens 18th Sep 2016 for the following delegate type:

  • Vendor BD/Sales (Sorry… No early bird available)
    • Maximum of 2 BD registrants/company total –   includes the one with table top registration

Payment Methods

  • Payment via credit card / e-transfer is expected at time of registration
    • NOTE: Bank transfers will incur an additional fee of  $40
    • Prior approval needed for other payment methods.

Cancellation Fees

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to EUAdmin@mygcsg.com.

Cancellation requests received at least 4 weeks prior to conference start will receive:

  • Individuals – the registration fee paid less a $250 administrative fee.
  • Bootcamp – the registration fee paid less a $ 100 administrative fee.
  • Vendors – a 50% refund of fees paid.
  • Bank transfers will incur an additional fee of $40

Remember, substitutions of attendees may be made at any time.

No refund can be given for cancellations received less than 4 weeks prior to conference start.
